    Do possums eat the chickens or the eggs or both?

    Yesterday it was a only warm in the sunshine, and all my hens where on the back porch asleep... i about feel over when i looked out and saw a possum sitting in the sun right next to them... it was about half grown and i wasn't sure of its plan just yet.... but we killed it... its sad to kill...

    Thank you so much for your question, We are in Northeast Ohio too... and chickens are about 5 weeks too... and really need to move out of the house and into their own place .... but I'm really worried it just might be too chilly yet, it was snowing a little bit yesterday.... sigh...

    hello to all !!! my name is Lisa and February of 2013 is going to be a little crazy... i am getting married and then we are moving to Middlefield, OH. and turning our new little place into a small farm... thank you to everyone that have already wrote in questions and all the answer/replys...
