One of my rescue hens is behaving oddly. She walks with her wings drooping. When i walked behind her she tried to hurry off mad topple forward. When I went to gather them up she wouldn't move but preferred that I pick her up. When I places her in the coop.... She just stood at the doorway...

It was more than spot , lime a streak of blood. Filled a spoonful when we scooped it out

What gives?? No rooster around and one egg had a considerable amount of blood inside.

I a would double check on the age and Sevin. I would sprinkle around the garage for sure!!!!

I'd isolate her and wipe eye with an antibiotic gel, I got mine at tractor supply. Watch for other symptoms.

We are coming off of that same thing-mites!! I've Sevin-ed the coop and runs...and we are using benedryl topical on us.

Still trying to solve the rescued hen issue. Both eyes are bubbling now. She occasionally violently shakes her head. She then scratches her nose so hard she bleeds. What gives?

I too am having some eye issues. The last two pics looked normal to me. I bought eye antibiotic gel at Tractor supply. My girls eye issued cleared in afew days. I also isolated her when I did it because I didn't want her to get others sick.

When hens do the squat, I think they want me to pet them, does it mean they are getting ready to lay??
