No I did not hatch him from the egg so I don't know the color he came from. I have a hen from the same batch he came out of and her eggs are not the darkest brown I have seen but the have a nice even coating with no spots.

Okay so I noticed that my polish pullets have lice in there beards and muffs. I've read that 5% Sevin dust is the best way to go as far as treating lice. Is this safe to use on their beard, muffs, and crest with it being so close to their eyes and mouth?

I have a neighbor who works at a grain mill and has brought over a mixture of white wheat grains and red wheat grains for me to feed my chickens in exchange for eggs. Will my chickens be okay eating this? I hope so cause I have over 100lbs of it haha!!!
