    As far as I know you cannot sex a chicken by the way it looks (except some breeds will have roosters with alternating feather lengths, check no later than 4 days old) you would need to check if they have a bump in the vent and even that is not 100%. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chick_sexing

    That looks like a Partridge Rock mixed with some kind of bantam or Road Island. Here is a picture of Partridge Rocks a little older than yours.
