I just got 7 WBB poults and they having been chirping like crazy and running around the brooder like they are looking for a way out. They are eatting and drinking, heat lamp is on 18 inches above them. I am stumped on this. Any suggestions or ideas to what may be my problem?

Ok so I have been reading a lot about sand litter for the coop and run. I heard a possible drawback would be the winter months and the sand being cold. Has anyone used or is using sand as a litter? I'd luv to hear the pros and cons if there are any out there. Thanks

Hey does anyone know if feeding broiler chicks 24% protein feed will be harmful to them. Just realized I got the wrong bag and I've already started using the feed.
