need some tips on removing a zip tie.
I put a zip tie on one of my 4 week old RIR chicks legs and now at 7 weeks....well you know what happen. It's way to tight to get a blade under it to cut it off and I cant move it at all. has anyone here ever deal with this problem before? any tips,tricks or advise would be great. JOE- ny mason

all my hens were decapitated.
I woke up to 3 headless hens yesterday.. only my rooster survived,frantic but unharmed.I think it was a weasel due to the tiny hole in the fence and the fact that the body's were left behind. A week ago I picked up 6 RIR chicks.I have a few older hens and a rooster and to be honest got them older because I didn't want to do the whole "chick" thing.
