Hi from Paso robles! Just got my first chickens a week ago. One 12 wk old RIR and 11 wk old Buff Orp. I'm thinking I want more but I will need a bigger coop. Can't wait for some fresh eggs!

I was wondering the same thing. First time raising chickens. I've got an 11wk old RIR and a 10wk old BO. They sit around a lot and sit up in the roost. I was expecting them to peck around all day and save the roost for sleep. Otherwise they seem to be healthy, except the BO drops its wings...
