Out here in Vegas, it's 113. trying to keep our four chickens cool frozen watermelon, fan in the coop, and ice in there water. We are thinking of bringing them in the house...some how. Any other ideas?

Thank you for your help, a couple more questions- Do I stop letting them out in the backyard and stop giving them veggie scraps until they start eating the feed layer and oyster shells? Do I need to have grit for them?
