I took a few more photos trying to get a full body shot but they seem to look the same in every photo, they're fluffy and small so it's hard to even see they have feathered legs even when standing. I think you might be right that it's a partridge cochin, they look very similar...

They have feathered legs so it would be hard to get a good shot of the legs, i think the one on the left is standing actually, they're quite small. Just looked up wellsummers and i dont think they are them.
