    Dried Beef Cheese Ball

    Ingredients: 2 (8-oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened 1/4 onion, chopped 1/4 lb. dried beef (save some for coating) 2 tbsp mayo 1 dash garlic Cooking Instructions Mix all ingredients well. Form into ball and coat with dried beef. Chill. Serve with crackers.
