7- 2 week old RIR for 6 adult pekins and 1 3month old,not bad ..3 drakes 3 hens They were laying earlier,will they lay again this year.Also will my cayuga's lay this year or next spring ,they are appx,4-5 months old. Thanks

This is my bator DH made me for mother's day,we did a trail run with 12 eggs,got 8,had a few temp. issues. We are trying again 160 eggs,so far so good,wish us luck.LOL This tray has 59 eggs in it I'm thinking of using one side as a hatcher,it has controls for each side.

A friend of mine has a flock of Barred Rocks ,he got as chicks from McMurry Hatchery.I incubated some eggs for him,out of 4 chicks I kept only 1 has a single comb,the others has a rose combs.I thought BR's have single combs,Soooo?? Any ideas. They were hatched 5-28-09 Thanks

I am hoping someone can give me some ideas on breed,color of this pullet/roo? It is 9 weeks old,clean slate colored legs,and no tail. I bought eggs on here,the post said you will get any of the folling combinations:Silver laced polish, golden laced polish, black with white or blue and white...
