I wasn't sure where to post this. I have two hens that we're sitting on a clutch for about two weeks, suddenly they both have left it completely alone. It's been cold and they been uncovered for over 24 hours. Is it to late for them to make it?
A few birds in my flock have been sneezing, have watery eyes, and making strange noises. I'm hoping it's not something serious. It's starting to get pretty cold here in upstate NY. Could that be part of the problem? Please help.
I did get a couple roosters but I believe the rest are hens. I've been turning their light on in the morning and shutting it off when I lock them up. Thanks for that advice. I also just added on to my original coop and they've been laying in hidden corners of the addition. Tricky chickens.
