Let's see......I have 1 tophatter rooster, 2 welsummer hens, 2 five week old EE, 7 three week old chicks (3whitrocks 1 partridge rock 1 barred rock 2 EE) and just recieved a shipment of 63 chicks on Monday ( laying assorments from McMurray!! NO .....I DO NOT HAVE A PROBLEM!!!

This forum makes me feel so good! My husband keeps telling me I have a problem. I ordered 63 chicks from McMurry...bought 9 chicks before they arrived....and now I am trying to convince myself that I do not NEED to go to the feed store this weekend for chick days!!

I am really sorry to hear about your bad experience. I recieved my shipment of chicks from McMurray yesterday and I wasnt expecting them to arrive until today. All chicks arrived well and happy. I would think the problem seems to be with the postal service.
