Tomorrow morning it will be around the 20's but will warm back up to the 60's. Im just wondering will the eggs even be active that cold. And iive expected to keep them inside for awhile, like into the spring. But if shes still laying are eggs any good this time a yr?

Beginning to start my coop here in guilford county north carolina. Trying to find out the local laws on keeping chickens and such in my area but seem to only find ordinances from the city of Greensboro. Would they be the same as the county ordinances?
