Nose infection, or just a scratch?

So, update: My hen is still having her nose issue. It appears to me that she has scrapped the whole side of her nostril off somehow and it became infected/swollen. I really don't know what to do for her. I've tried compresses, and Vet-RX.

I have bantam Partridge Plymouth Rocks, and I really like them. :) They are very beautiful, relatively sweet, and lay nice eggs. A very enjoyable breed to have. (Plus they are the cutest baby chicks ever! <3 )
