We're getting ready to start our first backyard chicks in a few weeks here and in researching, came across the picture of your chickens eating yogurt on the page of chicken treats. They are so gorgeous!!! Had to track down what kind they are and ended up reading your whole page. I love love...
Hi Patricia! So glad to have found another St Paul chicken owner! We are getting our first chick this spring and this COLD winter has raised concerns for how we'll build our coop as well. I hope you got your coop insulated and your chickens are doing well. Spring can't be too far away can it??
We will be getting our first chicks this Spring and KNOW there are other backyard chicken owners here in St Paul. We'd love to get in contact with some of you for start-up advice and tips. Thanks in advance!
Starting out with chicks. With the deep freeze Minnesota has been in lately, we're still working at getting the neighbors "on board". Hopefully by the end of February, we'll be ready for them!
We live in St Paul MN and are looking forward to getting our first chickens this spring. So far we have loved this site...have found so much helpful advice - and lots of answers to many questions we didn't even know we had yet!
