How much vent do you think I'll need? You cant see in photo but the back of roof is 4 inches higher to allow water to run off, and I left that 4 inches open in the back to allow air flow. Will I need more than that? A window possibly in future!

Thanks Alaskan! I've been out there checking on them every half hour lol and even left a heat lamp in there. Stupid but I'm worried about them lol. I think they miss me to. Every time i ooen the door they come running over haha!

Made some progress! Just need to finish egg boxes and the front door and run. Main coop is done. Its 6 foot cubed. I made lots of mistakes in my cuts and everything but happy with it overall

farmgirl, It is 6 feet wide by 6 feet long by 6 feet tall. Thats just the house. Then I am building and attaching an 8ft long run that is 4 feet high. It seemed big when i laid the wood out (not built yet just have materials) Think it needs to be bigger than that?
