Unbenounced to most, there are a few places that have been allowed by the state to sell a minimum of two for such ordinances. Fay Co-op is a minimum of 4 I believe.

Look at the Fayetteville and Fort Smith craigslist, normally under farm/agri stuff! There's normally quite a bit for sale! Also, if you have a tractor supply or atwoods a lot of the time they have a peg board where people will be selling their stuff!
With all the hustle and bustle here in NWA, hopefully people are getting back to their roots! Fayetteville seems to really be embracing the organic and DIY mindset
