I just received 9 Chicks Wednesday and two of them have pasty butt. What is safest way to remove it without hurting the chick? Also one of those with Pasty Butt has a broken leg. Should she be euthanized or should I separate her? Should UI just wait to see if she makes it? She just is laying...

Thank you all!!! I am new to chickens and they were starting to worry me. They were all born on 4/1/2014 and I have not received a single egg so I was getting a little nervous since there waddles were getting larger and larger.. Thanks for the confirmation it is VERY comforting!
