Hi all,
I've had 2 happy pet chickens for about 3 years, one of them has pushed its insides out with an egg and I unfortunately found her dead in the nestbix :(

She's a bovan brown

Hi there,
I went to collect my eggs from my 2 girls this morning, just the same as any other morning really, until I found MONSTER egg, it was huge,
My poor chickens eyes must of seriously watered at that,

What causes it?
Do I need to worry?:

I only have two hens, lavender and Winnie,
One lays a pale colour egg and the one that has just started laying ,has laid a lovely brown speckled egg.
What's your experiences?
