I am looking for a pair of Temmincks or a pair of Cheers, I would rather trade I have 6 pairs of Reeves (2016 hatch) & 4 pair of Silvers (2016 hatch) to trade or sell. I am really motivated to sell in order to make pen space for the upcoming breeding season.

Thanks for the response. I saw the red male breed the yellow hen 2 days BEFORE I separated them. How long will male red's sperm stay active in the hen? How many eggs/weeks/days before I can be sure that the yellow hen lays eggs that will be pure yellow?

I just separated (into their own pens) my yellows & reds over the weekend. My question is how long should I wait before the eggs laid are "definitely" reds & yellows? I read 7days on one site another said 18 days?

Why do it? Pheasants are BEAUTIFUL without any crossing, that is why there are so many breeds
