we have a flock of 200+ laying hens who roam the pasture by day and are housed in two different coops at night. A couple times per week we find dead chickens in the one coop only and have now lost about 20 chickens. Their vents appear to be hollowed out by what seems like the other chickens...
She's about a year old give or take a couple months. We have over 100 chickens and all have access to fresh water and are doing well.

She's been like this since yesterday, found her on the floor of the coop yesterday morning. she hasn't eaten, only pooped twice, keeps her eyes closed and head up, sometimes she lays her head on her back, here's the vimeo video link of her behavior.

I have a silkie who's left foot is turned under and she is walking on the top of her foot (with a slight limp) and not the sole of her foot. Any ideas what may have happened?
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
