Hello all! I'm having a problem at the moment when Ravens (5-15) fly down and eat all my chicken feed its a huge pain as I cannot afford much, I've tried putting it away at night and giving it to them in the morning but soon as the chickens finish the Ravens fly down and eat it. I cannot cover...
thinking of moving chickens to wooded area! Will the chickens roost in te trees and or climb up the branches and fly out? The trees are fur trees thanks!
I'm 14 from England and I made the choice to stop eating meat unless I raised it my self. My view on all this is that if you are going to eat meat you should be able to raise and kill the animal yourself! I will be posting my journey on this thread. I hope any one who is interested will enjoy...

getting 12 Somerset cross birds on Friday I have set everything up but I don't exactly know what to feed them! Is it just normal chick crum and layers pellets after or do I need better protein food? They will be free ranging in a garden also! Thanks for the help!

I just went out side to shut them in but she was just standing there in the rain late at night.i emptied her crop and lifted her in (too weak to walk) please tell me if its kinder to put her down?
