    Hi, This sounds just like mine! The lower hens will attack and pull out her feathers. Am I just being to soft? Should I just let it be. How long are they usually broody for, most the time there are no eggs for them to lay on!:lol:

    Chinese painted quails

    Hello, We recently brought 3 Chinese painted quails. We were told we had 1 boy and 2 girls. One of the alleged girls has started pecking the boy and he is running from her. He is clearly unhappy so what can we do about it? Could the girl actually be a boy or do they just need a bigger space?
