Okay, she's only got 2 left. I had to take 5 out because either they were see through or they smelled BADLY - there was no mistaken that. THe 2 that are left I had also candled and they were solid dark inside and didn't smell. They were pretty heavy too........this is how I candled, please...

Not as lucky as I thought I was........I'm pretty sure most of the eggs are chickless....but I can't be sure as I've never candled before. I did it with a flashlight. Some of them had a darkness to the center.....but some of them were completely clear. Obviously those ones had no chicks in...

Oh - okay.......boy she sure can bite though . How long will it take for eggs to hatch and do I need to do anything? Will she take care of them or do I need to seperate them once they are hatched and take care of them myself - I mean assuming she is a good mama chicken. Thank you....
