I got 5 quail almost by accident... Anyway theu werent sexed and for the past month or so I was almost CONVINCED we had 5 boys... Until yearerday... I was putting all my birds up for the evening and walked by the quail "house".... Low and behild one of them laid the prettiest little speckled egg!!!!

Sorry it took so long to reply... There arent vets around me that care for chickems/ducks. After close inspection it wasnt coming from her nose "holes" but a bite across her bill... A neighborhood dog(s) had gotten into the yard. new neighbors that allow their large dogs to roam... Anyway...

Just watching one of my hens because she seemed a bit lethargic? Looked closely and she has little drops of blood coming from her bill?!?!? The "nose holes"? Please ANY ideas!?!?!?
