    One My geese has it's back toe\ talon clipped off suddenly and I dont know what happened. It walks fine but it is bloody and I dont want it to get infected. What should I do? And my geese do not care for being picked up so if its nothing to worry about it would be great! thanks

    I got my order in today and there was one duck "sleeping". It was still breathing but I could tell that it would not live long.     I Disagree, Ducks will be fine in a stream if There are not a lot of predators in the area.And if there are predators just keep a very watchful eye on them. Also good luck and have fun!!

    Yes and they work great some put them in water and freeze them. this would work but i just but I it in the freezer. :)

    This is the first year of three digit temps in a few years and boy oh boy are our chickens and turkeys taking it hard. I installed a fan gave iced water bottles so they could lean against it. Had cold water 24/7 and gave lots of frozen veggies. Great thread!

    I have 14 RIR chickens 4 BBR turkeys 6 toulouse geese!! And more ducks, bantams, chickens and americanas on the way! Hopefully a River otter dosent get this batch unlike the last batch :(. But one breed of chickens I really want are the Turkens so I hope I can get them . GREAT THREAD!!
