would like to know what is in more demand, Lesser rheas or regular rheas, or emus. Really want to focus on one breed that I can enjoy and sell/trade hatchlings and fertile eggs.

I am in the process of setting up a 120'x8' with 7' fences . I am looking for 2 female and 1 male , rheas or dwarf or miniature emus/ ostrich . If you can point me in the right direction , I can't want to have my very own dinosaurs stompi around my little 2 acre ranch:)
