The first two are 5 or 6 week old isbar chicks. The next one is a double laced barvelder about 4 weeks old. Might be to early but I already have an idea. Would like to know what others think.
Is it possible for the pine shavings I just bought to be to strong smelling for my chicks? They smell very strong to me. Almost irritating to my throat.

This is a newbie question, I know. Should I feed my brahmas starter/grower longer than you would smaller faster maturing breeds? They will be 10 weeks old this weekend. The feed they eat now says to switch to grower/finisher at 10 weeks. Thanks for your thoughts in advance!! :)

This little bugger is two and a half weeks old or so. It's has a single comb I'm thinking. And is it me or is it a rooster?? It's comb has a reddish tint and looks like waddles coming already. Oh please not more roosters!!! :(
