    thanks everyone.... managed to get some chick crumb for her today.... and she's moved house from a small cat carrier to a big one she's a noisy little thing.... doesn't stop chirping! doesn't seem at all phased by my cats, either... but then, I guess she's safe in her box

    thanks for that.... I've never had a chicken before, lol.... any idea what breed it might be?? I'm guessing from the size it's probably about 6 weeks old?

    Been to our local motor club meeting tonight and one of the guys there had a chicken he was looking to home! He found it in an abandoned caravan, on its own... it's only young, as you can see from the pics.... I'm planning to take it to the local chicken farmand see if they'll take it on...
