Does anyone know what this is?

Thank you so much! . *Update* Our vet worked us in and after tests, X-rays, microscopic examinations and some unpleasant forced regurgitation it looks like Jasmine ( the bantam Brahma) is suffering from some complications from sour crop. The liquid on her crop did not show yeast but tons of...

Does anyone know what this is?

Does anyone know what this is? I found our bantam brahma as well as another hen hanging out away from the flock yesterday evening which was a new behavior. They looked a little tired but that was it. No respiratory symptoms, no injuries.I thought it was because our two young roosters had been...

I ended up using a crayon since I didn't have any unscented candles. Melted it over the cracks. Hope I did it right! It went back out to mama last night. Fingers and feathers crossed!

    Breed? 11 week old pullet

Does anyone have a solid idea of breed? She is standard/large fowl size. We are adopting this little girl from someone who bought her April 9th at Tractor Supply. I called TS and they don't have a record of what breeds they have. I guess it was an assortment from Ideal Poultry. I looked on the...

Central Texas- I'm interested in pullets of the following- mille fleur D'Uccle, Sicilian Buttercup

Thank you! I ended up with a few more chicks than I intended a couple of weeks ago so I think I am at capacity. If you get a double tufted rumpless though I may find room....;)

Thank you for responding! Will you be having any chicks this spring? I usually like to raise mine from very young because they are pets and are pretty spoiled so I want to be able to love on them. :) I only have a flock of 8 and will be adding 4 or 5 this spring but all will be under 8 weeks.
