Two weeks is pretty young to sex them. Generally males will get pink combs than red by 6-8 weeks of age. It's not always 100% accurate. I would wait longer.
How big is their brooder? That type of aggression at that age is generally because they need more room, or are too warm. You can use a small piece of fencing to form a circle to isolate the chick within the group.
I can't see B's comb well. The wider combs of A and C make me think male. I'm no expert on silkies. I'm very curious what the DNA test shows. I've not heard of using them to sex chickens.
Have you checked them over for mites? Sounds like they aren't ever in contact with adult birds, so that's probably unlikely. They are growing in feathers, so perhaps that's why they are itchy.
