I can't get him to move without having to push him

I've had my turkey since he was a baby and he's grown up to be very sweet, but now he's really overweight and I've read that that can kill turkeys. He's about a year and a half old and I was wondering how I could get him to lose weight, so if anyone has any tips please let me know.

These are pictures of my chickens, I've tried guessing which breeds they are but I can't really tell for sure and I want to know. And these are just 3 of the eggs I've gotten from them, I was wondering if there's any way to tell which chickens are laying which eggs?

No, she was perfectly fine and then this happened. It's probably an injury, her legs seem to be the only problem.
