Thanks, I'll let you know how I get on! They've only been sitting on the eggs for 3 days so a while to go yet! I just hope they don't give up before the eggs hatch??!!! But they do seem very determined, considering they are still.so young!!

I've put their little coops and runs in the main run so the chickens can all see each other, hopefully that will make integration much smoother...a tip I got from BYC!! Well at the moment it's about 14degrees Celsius during the day and about 6 at night, during Dec and Jan it gets down to about -10 at night. Each hen and chicks will be in their own little coop with food and water and an outside run which will be well sheltered?
