use a pitch fork. even if you wait a month to clean it, with it all matted together its really simple to clean with a pitch fork. all i ever have used is hay, i got a pony so i have a regular supply already.

kinda heavy but still pretty easy to move.
in its previous life it had carpet on some of the 2x4's and was used to haul marble showers and pieces of glass by my father in law.
this first one was given to me by the old man i got some hens from last year. favorelle? i think.
these were a couple of my hens from ideal a couple months ago. dont remember what the packing list said.

i got a sultan from ideal with 7-8 toes on each foot. on one foot its like 2 toes growing out of the knuckle of another. kinda creepy. i figured it was just inbred.
my wife just called. i had ordered 6 assorted light and 6 assorted brahma, well they were out of brahma and i picked 6 barred rocks instead. my wife said i got 23. so thats 11 extra. i hope some extras are pullets, that would be nice. im trying to get her to put some pictures up right now...
