We have 1 1/2 yr old Speckled Sussex who I'm pretty sure has gone broody but in a bad spot - our hedgerow. She's our first Speckled (we got her at a yr.) & I didn't know if they were normally broody or not. The previous owner said she'd never done it there. I plan on def. moving her though!

So far so good with the little peeper - it loves the mirror and stuffed animals. The closest batch of chicks that we have is 4 weeks older than him with no more on the way so it'll be by itself for awhile I guess. Hopefully it'll be fine with the flock when it is old enough - it's quite spoiled...

Thank you for the website - unfortunately they didn't have any . My husband is looking for blue polish & they seem hard to come by, too. We currently have RIRs, Buff & Golden Polish, Light Brahmas, Black Stars, Black Giants, and a Silver Hamburg - all spoiled rotten .
