I bought eight Blk. Australorps from a local farm store. They get their chicks from Hoover hatchery. From day-one they were
wild and jumpy. They are not as bad now, as I've tried to hand feed them treats. What is the best way to tame them down?
I have an abundance of chiggers in portions of my back yard. I plan to put a chicken tractor in that location. Will the chiggers start to feed on my young chickens?
I have eight chicks two weeks old. Can I chop fine some fresh crested wheat grass and feed it to my chicks?
They have chick grit in their feed. The chicks are Black Australilorp.
Windy and cold here. Nothing new for this area.
I bought 8 Black Australorps this week. Got a 250 watt heat lamp on them.
They are tough little fellows.
Greetings to all. 2oldnow
