We bought Rhode Island Redsback in March and still we have no eggs. They get layer feed daily and they free range during the day. I kept them pe ned up this week just in case they were laying out in the yard. Any thoughts?

I found one of my 1 year old hens sitting in the coop under the nesting boxes. She didn't try to move when I touched her, which is unusual. This morning, she walked around the coop, but I noticed she had wet poop around her vent. Also, she is not laying. Is she sick? Should I remove her...
