I live in Georgia. My RIRs were about a year old, supposedly, when I bought them which was a month ago. It has been since the change.

I have a Rhode Island Red hen that will not leave the coop. I've noticed that her top beak is broken off and that part of her cone on her face is white. Is she sick? Does she need to be culled? Would you eat her? These are my questions. I'm new to raising chickens.
