prayer warriors (following Jesus Christ, everyone welcome)

Nothing wrong with needing a break. As long as your staff is running the gallery and doing a good job, that will give you some time to reflect and see how the Lord is leading you. You could still be ministering to the folks who come to your B&B, if nothing else but by letting the Lord's Light...

    The Production Red Thread!

I said I have two rhode island reds but actually I have one RIR and one production red. They look almost alike but my production red ( Hoppy is her name) is much friendlier than the RIR. What is the difference in the two? I never knew for sure.

    Rooster Flocks!

I would have one because I have too many roosters for the number of hens I have. I like the roosters, they are pretty and intersting to watch and as long as they aren't mean to me, I would like to keep them.

Old Fashioned Broody Hen Hatch A Long and Informational Thread

No, the first eggs I put under her were 2 the first day, 1 second day and 2 the 3rd day. Then my other broody hen quit sitting on her eggs after 2 of her chicks hatched. So I grabbed the rest of her eggs and put them under Tangie. Tangie is a good mom. I marked the eggs so I would know...

Old Fashioned Broody Hen Hatch A Long and Informational Thread

Thanks so much for that info. I will give it a try. The incubator said to leave it on for 8 hours before putting the eggs in. I don't think I should wait that long. It seems to be working fine so far. It has been 6 hours.
