Thank you both very much, I have moisten the membrane and raise the humidity in the incubator, that helped with free it. it looked like the poor guy is exhausted and he didn't look normal, big fingers and somthing with the neck. unfortunately it didn't make it.

Since last night 10 chicks hatched and they are all fine, eating drinking and playing... and I have this egg, it in a very similar state for the last 12 hours,breathing and twitting. But he's stack in a way... is it humidity? What can I do?
