    Jersey Giant or something else?

Oh okay got it. Not sure what TSC is, but I don't think that's what ours is? The "chicken lady" at our feed store is wonderful :) Thank you everyone for helping us figure this out

    Jersey Giant or something else?

So is it not uncommon for birds to get mixed up like this at hatcheries? Are hatcheries the chicken version of puppy mills or no? I don't really know anything about them.

    Jersey Giant or something else?

Okay sorry I took so long...here are a few more pictures of her. I hope they are helpful! Man if chickens would just hold still for like two seconds it'd be so much easier to get good pictures of them lol!

    Jersey Giant or something else?

My 20 week old Jersey Giant appears to have white earlobes. We got her from our local feed store. Do Jersey Giants sometimes have white earlobes or do I have a different breed of chicken than I thought? Here is a picture of her from about a month ago.

Not sure what that's about. All of Fran's feathers have grown back in. Although I am noticing that a few of the...

Grey spot on head and comb

Hello all! My Rhode Island Red has an area on top of her head where the feathers have fallen out and the skin looks grey. There is also a grey area towards the back of her comb. Her comb is folded over a little as well. Could this be a fungus? A google search has lead me to a number of...

    Hello from Oregon!

Hello all! We are first time chicken parents of 10 chicks who are 14 weeks old already! Our Lakenvelder chick, Henrietta, turned out to be a Henry. The plan was to rehome any roosters we ended up with but now that we've raised him from a baby it's not such and easy choice! But our kids, ages...
