    Fortunately it wasn't at my house, I had just separated my ducks from my chickens for a while as he was attacking one of my chickens trying to mate with her. I had them at my parents house in their chook pen hoping he would cool off and forget about her.. very sad I felt horrible :(

    Thank you Amiga I won't be keeping the ducklings I don't have enough room for more but I would love to have them around till they are old enough to go to new homes If I am going to do the incubating is it too late? As some of the eggs have been there for a week will they be dead now?

    Great thank you so much guys! Like you said Amiga it is heart breaking having them so scared of me especially when they used to love me so much! I will try the meal worms and feeding from a small container and just give them more time.. Thanks again for all your help

    I've had my two runner ducks since 4wks old, and kept them inside with me until they were about 8 weeks old. They would follow me around, cry if i left the room, feed from my hand and cuddle to sleep as babies. Now they are in their big duck cage outside with my 3 chickens they are so timid...

    So i have taken the next step to just reading threads for hours I currently have 3 chickens and 2 Indian runner ducks, i am a first time poultry owner and have lots to learn! My babies are still only growing at about 10-12 weeks old but so far i think i am doing ok
