Campines do just fine in temps below 0 at night with highs in the single digits as long as they have proper shelter. They spend too much time scratching, running around and causing general mischief to get cold.
Most exterminators are aware of the importance of peoples pets and take great care to prevent harming them, I hope this was one of them. If you are not seeing any ill effects by now I'm sure they will be O.K.

I would say a Dominique, look how her tail resembles an inverted V and how she lacks much of a butt and a small rose comb. I would say finders keepers!
Welcome fellow Utahn, if you like barred rocks may I suggest Dominiques with there rose combs they handle the cold very well and are about the friendliest little birds. Not to mention the chicken brought west by the pioneers.
