    Hello all. I have had my flock for a few years now. I started with full grown girls. I added two turkeys this year, soon to be a repurposed holiday favorite, lol. Next spring, I am going to try California quail. Its been a dream of mine to repopulate the area with them. Any advice is welcome.

    Yes, chickens are social creatures. It is not fair to isolate them. Chickens are a very real link between reptiles and mammals. Social, omnivorous, creatures of the forest floor. Treat them as such.
