Recently treated an upper respiratory infection on a hen (Americana) and she hasn't laid since. It's been about 5 months. She has also decided not to leave the coop. If she does come outside, she acts like she is scared. Ideas?

I have an Americana-on her second laying year. She is molting currently but before she started molting she decided she would not leave the coop, she hides in the nesting boxes, and is not broody. Consequently she is being picked on but isn't injured. Ideas?
