They are all in the coop together. As the group in the brooder became about 4 weeks or full feathered I took them out to the coop. They all seem to stay in their own "group" as of age. The oldest/biggest ones do chase the others around when it comes to food and treats. But, for the most part...
I have 4 phases of chicks in the coop now

And 4 weeks
They all eat the same feed. Will it hurt the older ones to stay on grower/ finisher or change and the little ones start early on layer? Or do I need to keep them apart?
Yes, bought the coop at TSC and went back toe the fun that goes with it. Then that didn't look all that big so now I put a 10X10 dog kennel up. I'm going to put the bird-x netting over top. It is 14X15 mesh. I hope to keep out the halls. And cyotes.
Yes, I have the red light. It has been on nonstop for a week and is adjusted to be 95 to 88 I'm watching close and they started out under it, now they are all over the place. Eating and drinking well too. It's my first batch, so all the help the better. Thank You.
