Actually, I'm running around right now, gathering all the brooder components from the barn. So, it's not ready yet. I was going to do that tomorrow because I wasn't expecting this so quick!

It hatched! We just got home and found this! Still wet, so I assume it hasn't been long ago, or is that because it's so humid in there? Leave it in until dry and fluffy?

Question: after I stop turning, is it ok to open the incubator to add water to keep the humidity up? Or does lock down mean absolutely no opening?
