Both legs are working fine in water, toes curling and flexing, full range of leg movement, she is just refusing to stand on dry land!

The bottle states that the vitamin PP (niacin) is 1600mg It says on the label to put in 15ml per litre and a half of water, which I have done. What is confusing, is her sister has also been laying, but is totally fine.
