    Our elderly rooster lost some of his tail feathers during molt and they have not come back. The remaining feather stems are whitish. Also, there are some white spots on his neck feathers. No sign of lice or mites. Should I be concerned?

    We have lots of this in our yard. It is high in oxalic acid so wonder if it is safe to feed .
